Performance Advantages
Adopting rotary cutting air intake technology, adjustable volute shell, ensure uniform distribution
of hot air. Hot air enters the drying tower uniformly in a spiral shape.
The heat source can be selected from electric heating, steam heating, or a combination of multiple
heating methods to ensure high efficiency and low consumption.
The mode of closed cycle spray dryer:
Using nitrogen as a carrier for heat transfer, it is used in a closed cycle to save gas usage, prevent
oxidation and explosion, suitable for easily oxidizable materials.
Equipped with online monitoring and self diagnostic control functions for the pressure and oxygen
content, ensuring the safety of the drying process.
Capable of low-temperature drying below 100 ℃.
The walls of drying chamber can be used air rotary blowing device to eliminate wall sticking.
